I’ve tried many techniques to cure my panic and anxiety attacks. I suffered for over 20 years from an acute type of panic attack, in particular whenever I was asked to do public speaking. My social anxiety disorder became so great that I avoided many public speaking situations.
I tried hypnosis, hypnotherapy, drugs, meditation, acting classes, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy. Nothing worked. My panic and anxiety attacks were dominating my life.
